A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a Landscape Account Manager / Customer Service Rep, you are an important go-to person in our company. You act as a link between our customers and our staff, ensuring that each of our customers' projects is one of our best. Every day, you use your incredible time management abilities to coordinate the scheduling, budgeting, and staffing for our landscaping jobs. You also monitor quality and ensure that each project is one we are proud to put our names on.
Because you are the primary interface with our clients, you have the opportunity to meet with them on a regular basis and ensure that they are pleased with our efforts. If they have questions or concerns, you relay the issue to our staff and follow up to make sure that the problem is resolved. An organizer to the core, you thrive on making sure our projects are completed in a timely and stellar manner. You especially enjoy interacting with our clients and seeing their satisfaction with our excellent work!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LANDSCAPE ACCOUNT MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- 2+ years of account management experience
- Some landscape knowledge
Landscaping experience would be a plus but is not required. We are happy to train a motivated customer service rockstar to do this job! Are you organized and efficient?
