Stake Center Locating is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
In this role you will partner with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, divisional and executive leadership as well as HR Business Partners to consult and advise on hiring strategies, candidate assessment and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- An understanding of sourcing channels, technologies, and interest in learning about emerging trends in talent acquisition
- Build a network of potential candidates through talent communities (Workforce Centers, Job Fairs, Community Colleges, Local Meetups, Community Events)
- Work with local resources to partner with associations related to building talent pipelines
- Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring needs are met
- Monitor and manage individual performance to metrics
Requirements:
- 1 year recruiting experience preferred or interest in growing in talent acquisition space. Customer service experience required.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and engaging diverse talent
- ATS experience preferred
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Strong time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize their day.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence
Education:
- Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
