Job description

RN preferred for nursing and mental health support services for a group home serving women experiencing borderline personality disorder and/or effects of abuse for prolonged periods, usually depression, posttraumatic stress and generalized anxiety. Skills required include the ability to react calmly and effectively to self-injurious behavior; experience including review of psychoactive medication; ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff passing medication; knowledge and ability to discuss healthy eating, self-care and other issues that might affect mental health symptoms; ability to work effectively as part of a treatment team; willingness to occasionally consult to clients in the community in their homes and ability to contribute to behavioral programming to increase personal autonomy and efficacy. Must be able to document license and pass a background check. Negotiated hourly rate depending on experience and work history.

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks available in all settings and worn when clients or many community members are ill. Premises are cleaned/sterilized twice daily; cleaning supplies are available in all environments. Staff are paid 80% of staff salary when ill or in quarantine.
