Systems Analyst
DEPARTMENT: IT
RESPONSIBLE TO: IT Manager
Position:
- Full time position, 40 hour position
- Monday- Friday Shifts
- On Call requirements
- Remote work available
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining hospital systems including both hardware and software. Must be able to analyze system problems, outages and upgrades, maintain equipment and communicate with staff. Strong understanding of either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Must be proficient with VMware at the VDI level and all aspects of Zero Client technologies.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelors in computer science, or business
Preferred: 5+ years’ experience within an IT field
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Attention to detail
