Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Client Services team. This role is responsible to provide oversight to business insights and analytics for the Product Creation, Global Retail, and Sales & Operations teams - aligning the most appropriate insights solutions with the broader organization to successfully address business opportunities and challenges.
This role will also be responsible to provide leadership, mentorship & coaching to the analytics team.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in designing analytical solutions that deliver meaningful insights and results in positive business outcomes is required. Preferred experience includes project management related experience; Product development experience; Supporting a sales or retail organization.
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated ability to get results through collaboration with organizational partners; Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to influence; Ability to recognize interdependencies, proactively identify potential risks and work with others to develop solutions; Ability to prioritize competing demands in a complex environment; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to modify message and delivery based on the audience; Advanced skills and experience with data visualizations, Microsoft Office, Power BI, DAX, SQL, Salesforce; Interpret and articulate business needs and translate them into solutions; Exercised independent judgment in analyzing business challenges and making key business recommendations; Knowledge of footwear terms and processes preferred.
This role is a hybrid work arrangement, both onsite in Red Wing, MN and remote work.
