Human Resources Generalist
Job description
The Human Resources Generalist serves as a resource for directors, managers, supervisors, and employees with all aspects of employment including compliance, training and development, and employee relations. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning all functional areas of human resources.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; degree may be substituted with additional years of HR experience. A minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience as a generalist. You must have a strong grasp of principles, procedures, and applicable laws related to human resources and a heart for serving others in a thoughtful and compassionate manner. An understanding of healthcare and IDPH regulations is highly preferred.
