Position: Human Resource Coordinator
Location: Bedford Care Center of Marion
Job Summary:
Responsible for Human Resources functions, including recruitment, interviewing, new-hire processing, orientation and management of Human Resources processes and Personnel Files in compliance with Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations and Company Policies; communicates with MDES Employment Offices, colleges, job fairs, and workshops to assist with recruitment of Employees; must communicate courteously and respectfully with Residents, Employees, visitors and others
Requirements / Qualifications:
High school diploma and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office; previous experience in Human Resources or Office / Clerical experience in Long-Term Care preferred; must have a current Mississippi Driver’s License; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal History Background Check
