HR Coordinator
Mercy Plus is seeking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Success in this position will result from building effective relationships, Attracting and retaining top talent, applying a strong working knowledge of Human resources, and creating a positive culture for our staff.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
● Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
● Full-Cycle recruitment of all Corporate staff and Clinical positions. (Interviews,
Offer letters, References, Credentialing, and Onboarding)
● Sourcing Candidate and Conduct Phone interviews
● Conduct a weekly payroll
● Auditing of all digital personnel files
● Employee Relation duties: Managing Employee Inquiries and Grievances
● Policy: Ensuring all staff are abiding by policy and ensuring policy is effective.
● Assist in training of Field and In-Office Staff
● Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
● Unemployment management and Benefits
● Open enrollment Management
● Workers Compensation Management
● Employment Verification
● Other duties as assigned by the HR director
HR Coordinator Requirements:
● Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
● Effective HR administration and people management skills.
● Experience with payroll practices.
● Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
● Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and Paycor and Google
Drive.
● organizational and time management skills.
● Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
● Meticulous attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
