Summary of Role
Clean Thumb is looking for a dedicated, reliable and professional house cleaner to join their growing team! We provide incredible flexibility, unlimited earnings, and an opportunity to grow within the company. We highly prefer to promote from within for the right candidate!
Bring your upbeat attitude, smart phone, and reliable vehicle, and we've got you covered for everything else. What could be more awesome than listening to music or audio books all day, doing your thing without a boss breathing down your neck!? You literally work out all day.
We require a 2-week availability for training (depending on experience); after that you decide how much you want to work. Full-time, Part-time, and on-call positions available.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
- Starting Pay - $25 per hour + 100% Tips + unlimited referral bonuses
- Gas Reimbursement - $25 per week
- Paid Weekly
- Monday – Friday, 8-5 schedule (no nights or weekends!)
- Lots of bonuses!! (Including Christmas bonus!)
- PTO after 1 year of working with us

REQUIREMENTS
- Energetic and ready to work
- Attention to detail
- Must be an animal lover
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Personable and outgoing with people
- Have a reliable vehicle and up-to date car insurance
- Can communicate well and ask for what they need
- Own a working smart phone for apps and GPS
- Able to have fun, and have some pride in the work that they do :)
- No experience necessary, but preferred
- Physical Requirements: ability to stand for two hours, kneel, reach high spaces, climb countertops as needed, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check, must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
