We're looking for experienced residential cleaners. Must have experience as a cleaner and willing to on a team of 2 other cleaners. Company vehicle may be provided to very qualified candidates. No salary limit for well qualified candidates seeking a full-time permanent position with a 5-star cleaning company. We take very good care of our employees and our clients treat them with respect. Frequent bonuses and tips are common with our clients.

We're looking to hire this experienced resource prior to the upcoming busy season in December. We also have additional opportunities for a well qualified candidate to help us perform Hosting Services, Home Watch, and other responsibilities. These additional responsibilities would pay additional salary as these tasks are accepted.

Major duties, tasks and responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy residential setting with the use of various chemicals, disinfectants, tools and machines.
• On a broader scale, dusting, cleaning, vacuuming, doing laundry, mopping, making beds, and taking out the garbage.
• Candidates are also expected to wash dishes, clean bathrooms/toilets/showers/tubs, and kitchens.
• Wash windows and mirrors while standing on the ground.
• House cleaners clean hallways, stairways, balconies, and other areas depending on their work setting.

• • scrub bathrooms and tiles, mop floors, clean toilets, showers, and polish fixtures, sanitize kitchen floors, cabinets, and counters.
  • Vacuum carpets, empty and wash wastepaper baskets and ashtrays.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies and disinfect bathroom floors.
  • Wash dishes and/or place them in the dishwasher. Arrange dishes in cupboards.
  • Dust and polish furniture.
  • Sort clothes/towels/linens for washing and place them in the washing machine. Organize washed items in closets and drawers. Change bed sheets using fresh linen.
  • Wipe down appliances and clean/wipe windows and window treatments.
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or defective equipment.
  • Maintain an adequate record of all work completed, reporting faulty appliances, damaged furniture, equipment or any potential hazard. Cleaners will travel from multiple residences during the workday and often work in a 2-3 cleaner team setting.

We may offer additional daily bonus for driving your own vehicle to each residential job location on Marco Island.
Work typically starts at 8a each morning and most days ends by 3:30-4:30. Arrangements can be made to accommodate availability.
