We are looking for an experienced and passionate Night Auditor for a new lifestyle hotel at an iconic location in Downtown NYC with 326 rooms. The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One Group. Join our team and seize this unique opportunity! We are also seeking a candidate with an FLSD certification.

Features of the job

• Conduct check-ins and check-outs and assist guests as they arrive and depart
• Provide quality customer services to all hotel guests
• Share local concierge knowledge with guests as needed
• Assume responsibility of the hotel and operations during the night shifts
• Conduct day-end closing reports, postings and nightly closing processes
• Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments

We encourage you to apply if you have proven experience in customer/guest service, enjoy interacting with a wide variety of international travelers, and have strong computer skills, a passion for hospitality, good communication skills (written and verbal) and a can-do team attitude. Hotel experience is helpful but not essential. Candidates should be flexible to work other AM and PM shifts as needed for the operation any five days per week.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
