Nature of Work
As a PATH Child Welfare Business Systems Analyst, this position serves as a statewide subject matter expert in the defined focus areas within the CW application and requires expertise in both the program content and skills needed to support the software serving the program. This position collaborates with stakeholders to promote, protect, manage, and provide appropriate health and human services for our residents to improve their health, well-being, and quality of life. This position provides business analysis in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of all DHHR computer systems to provide customers and staff systems that is efficient, well maintained, and compliant with Federal and State Requirements. The position fills the gap between state technical staff, IT contractors (mainly OPTUM) and state policy staff to assure that what is programmed in the application (FACTS, OSCAR, RAPIDS, or PATH) is implemented appropriately and correctly to follow the system rules while also following the policies/administrative rules that govern the programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Training: Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
Substitution: Additional experience as described below may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.
Experience: Four years full-time, equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in a technical or program area that is related to the area of employment.
Substitution: Post-graduate education in a field related to the technical or program area may be substituted for the required experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours for one year of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,994.00 - $66,589.00 per year
