Job description
You’ll get a chance to:
  • Manage, train, and coach the Social Care & Community Management team, who interact with guests through a variety of social media platforms concerning their commendations, questions, and concerns. Works with the Senior Guest Care Manager on staffing, evaluating, and retaining qualified staff.
  • Lead the management and growth of the Panda community on company-owned social channels (e.g., FB, TW, IG, TT, YT) to meet/exceed performance measurement goals.
  • Build relationships with Panda guests, fans, and followers through daily conversation, which includes listening to and drawing insights from guest comments (mentions, inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and compliments) to create actionable opportunities for the brand.
  • Establishprocesses for identifying engagement, brand-building/PR, promotional, or partnership opportunities and connections with guests across various social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube; serves as escalation point for the social team.
  • Create messaging and curate content that align with our brand standards and attract, engage, inform, and retain guests; works effectively with agency partners, as well as, with Creative Design, PR, and Digital/Social teams.
  • Support internal Marketing and cross-functional teams with campaign launch, community management, and social metrics data collection.
  • Prepare regular performance and productivity reporting, competitive and trend analyses, business cases for improvements, optimization recommendations. Works with the Senior Guest Care Manager on development long-term plans.
  • Manage Social Care & Community Management vendors/partners and programs, including use of monitoring tools such as Khoros and Brandwatch.

Your background & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • Minimum five years of agency or related experience as a community manager, copywriter or social strategist with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment
  • Successful completion of annual store training
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range M2: $102,000 - $143,500 / Annual
