We are looking for a Guest Advocateto field and resolve all inquiries, concerns, and compliments from our guests. Youll be working with like-minded peers to ensure each guest has an outstanding experience with the highest level of responsiveness. What youll do:

• Research and resolve all guest inquiries in a timely manner while educating guests on the value of our services
• Process all membership change requests with the goal of renewal
• Analyze data related to the guest experience
• Review reports related to guest experience for the site weekly
• Follow up with each site manager on unresolved guest inquiries
• Collaborate with other department leaders to develop/improve procedures and policies to increase guest satisfaction and aggressive retention strategies based on guest feedback

What youll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible scheduling. Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to research, analyze, and compile comprehensive reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as technical aptitude
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Car Wash experience plus.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required
