Group Fitness Coach/Trainer/Group Instructor Must hold & maintain a current national fitness certification: ACE, ACSM, NASM, AFFA, NSCA, GFI, CPT

Orangetheory Fitness Kildeer, Riverwoods/Buffalo Grove, Glenview & Lake Zurich, IL

Part-time/by class up to $65 per session

Full-time/by class up to $65 per session/ Group Health Insurance/ Paid Vacation

Orangetheory Fitness is a one hour, total body, heart rate based, interval training workout that incorporates Treadmills, Water Rowers, Free Weights and Body Weight exercises. We are currently looking for passionate, positive and energetic people to coach this pre-defined workout.

As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach you will be responsible for:

• Coaching the OTF workout as it is written.
• Educating, motivating and challenging members.
• Correcting exercise form to prevent injuries. (Possesses the proper knowledge and ability to do so.) Provide proper modifications if needed.
• Attending monthly/mandatory meetings.
• Working closely with the Sales staff to ensure best member experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company: ACSM, ACE, NASM AFFA, NPTI.
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR/AED certification
• At least 1 year of experience group instruction
• Must have completed and passed the OTFit Certification Process (we provide)
• Must understand Heart rate focused training.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical demands include: standing, instructing and lifting at least 40lbs.
• Bachelor's degree in an exercise related field is preferred
