Your Role and Responsibilities

If so, Kyndryl would like to talk to you! We are looking for a Global Program Manager who will lead the development and implementation of a best-in-class global campus recruiting program.

This role will build upon the foundation of our current campus program, helping us scale our university partners, tactics, tools, and overall hiring strategies. It will serve as the global owner and SME for the campus and early careers program and will drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment program. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Own the development and overarching global framework of the campus and early careers recruiting strategy
  • Ensure business needs are met by developing standard metrics and annual goals. Evaluate the success of each recruiting season presenting analytics, key findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders about the success of both the program and the efficacy of the sourcing strategies
  • Partner with business customers to forecast campus recruitment needs (internships, co-ops, and full-time placement), expected conversion rates, and required skills
  • Plan and execute diversity, equity & inclusion campus recruiting program to educate students and strengthen relationships with our DEI partners
  • Validate the assessment approach and monitor the outcomes to deliver higher quality candidates
  • Partner with Kyndryl Talent Marketing to drive go to market approach for Early Careers attraction – including events, careers site, social media, employee content and advertising
  • Collaborate with Global Campus and Early Careers Regional Leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and to enhance Kyndryl’s overall strategy, company brand, and program.
  • Design and own Kyndryl Campus Ambassador program – aimed at cultivating alumni from internships and New Grad Leadership Development Programs to serve as Kyndryl’s ambassadors on campus
  • Drive regular regional brand perception monitoring through market insights, surveys, talent personas and regular monitoring of competitor activity for Early Careers attraction to drive Kyndryl marketing strategy
  • Work closely with our RPO partners to ensure consistent delivery of the program.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for the position, $116,000 - $220,000 is based on a full-time schedule. If you're hired into New York City work location the compensation range for the position, $128,000 - $242,000. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of campus/early careers experience
  • Global Talent Acquisition experience, preferably running campus programs in Europe, APAC and the Americas
  • Experience managing global programs and teams
  • The inclination and ability to use data to make decisions
  • A consultative approach and an ability to build strong relationships and influence others and proven track record of building relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to be self-directed with a high sense of urgency, while also effectively collaborating and working in a team environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
