EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, and staff. Trace School; A.C.R
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Do you have an exceptional service attitude? To be considered for this important leadership role, please present your qualifications. Experience with electrical and plumbing, carpentry, drywall and commercial kitchen equipment plus.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Preventative maintenance to include plumbing, electrical and inside building maintenance. Working knowledge and strong technical skills of the following disciplines a plus. Willing to learn HVAC, Site Services, Building Systems, Utilities, Maintenance of Facilities, and Energy Management.
JOB SUMMARY: To carry out Preventative Maintenance Program and maintain equipment to its best working order as guided by Director of Engineering on property at a luxury beachfront resort. Knowledgeable in procedures and safety requirements.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Must be able to drive a motor vehicle. Must be able to lift, carry and move50 pounds. Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Must be willing to work in difficult positions including climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
