Position Summary: The Receptionist is expected to represent the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing calls. This employee also provides clerical support to staff as needed.
Job Duties:
Answer incoming and direct incoming calls.- Greet and direct visitors and family members.
- Maintain current resident directory.
- Assist with entering purchase orders into purchase order system.
- Assist with conducting tours as needed.
- Organize work to be addresses by receptionist on other shifts.
- Provide clerical support for the Administrator and other staff, as directed.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements.
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.- Excellent oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to project a professional image.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in general office procedures.
- Knowledge of proper procedures for handling confidential information.
- Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute.
