Front Desk Receptionist
Job description
Lyndall Insurance is seeking a receptionist to join our team in Jefferson Ohio! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. The best candidates will have designs on a larger role in the insurance business, including getting a license.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Route phone calls according to agency procedures
- Recognize and get rid of telemarketers
- Take customer payments and give receipts
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist on-site guests
- Manage office supply levels and ordering
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
