We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time in a Chiropractor's office, learning how a doctor's office runs, including answering phones, scheduling of appointments, collecting fees, filing and general front desk reception. The key component is having a positive personality to deal directly with our wonderful patients with compassion and a pleasant demeanor. The doctor has an amazing 'bedside manner' and we strive to keep our office full of positivity so we need an upbeat person who will be the first face people see when entering the office.
We are glad to train the right person - just need someone sharp who is willing to learn and has a solid grasp on today's technology. Our office is open Mon, Weds, Fri from 8 AM - 8 PM and on Saturdays until approximately 12:00 PM . The position will require 1-2 Saturdays each month but not all. We have flexibility with hours and are willing to work with your schedule but prefer the hours to be 2-3 afternoon/evenings from 2:30-3:00-ish until 8:00-ish PM. Previous office experience is preferred but not required. The key factor is a pleasant personality who can communicate well with our patients and is not shy. It is imperative that every patient is greeted upon arrival with their first name as we are a true family practice - our patients are part of our family and we treat them in the same manner we treat our own.
This is a wonderful first job for someone just starting out to gain experience, someone looking to re-enter the workforce or a local student.
