Full-time position available for Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist for well-established and extremely busy Family Medicine Medical Practice. Do you speak fluently in Spanish or Korean? This is a plus!

Responsibilities include answering multi-line phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in and out patients, collecting funds, and ancillary daily electronic health record tasks. Must be able to pay attention to detail, multi-task and have an extremely pleasant phone manner where we can hear your smile every time. Experience with EHR is preferred; Athena is a plus! Do you have previous billing experience or understand revenue cycle management? This is the perfect position for you!
Should have at least 1-3 years medical office experience, Family Medicine experience most welcome. We are looking for a reliable, hard working, team player with good critical thinking and excellent customer service skills, and a high maturity level in the workplace who enjoys a family oriented environment. We train anyone who is willing to learn!

Hours of Operation Monday - Thursday 7am-8pm, Friday, 7am-3pm, Saturday 8am-12pm - one evening shifts a week is non-negotiable, as well as one Saturday morning every 5-6 weeks. Employee must be flexible and have reliable transportation.
