The starting salary will be $18 per hour based on experience.
Family Pathways is hiring full time foster care workers. In this position, you will be working with children who are with foster families. The responsibilities of this position are case management oriented focusing on the safety and well-being of the children. You will conduct monthly home visits, compose monthly reports for each child, and maintain communication with children and families and referral sources.
Good written and oral communication, time management, thorough documentation, and computer skills are necessary for this position.
This position requires a Bachelor Degree in a Social Service related field or a minimum of two years’ experience working directly with children with a general Bachelor’s Degree. A physical, clearances (FBI, Act 33, and Act 34), a valid driver’s license and current car insurance are required.
