We are currently seeking a food hall manager to join our team in Waco, TX. Union Hall is Waco’s first and only food hall. In theory a food hall and a food court are not dissimilar. In practice, the food hall shies away from national chains and franchises and allows unique and community-based dining concepts to flourish.

The primary duty of the food hall manager is to assist the vendors in the day-to-day operations of Union Hall. The food hall manager is directly accountable for the supervision, organization, and daily operation of Union Hall and is responsible for ensuring our guests experience genuine hospitality. The successful food hall manager is dedicated to excellence in food, beverage, service, and hospitality, is committed to developing themselves and others, and has an unwavering drive to support our team as they take care of our guests.

Position Overview

The Food Hall Manager position is critical to the success of Union Hall! You are a great fit for this position if you:

The Food Hall Manager is responsible for:

• Day to day operations of the food hall.

• Ensure best practices are being followed by vendors.

• Ensure guests have a great experience at Union Hall.

• Recruits, schedules, and trains our hourly team members.

• Leading and communicating with all team members

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.

• Ensures dress code standards are 100% for all team members.

• Communicates issues to the area manager when necessary.

• Maintains all common areas of the building.

• Communicate maintenance issues with the area manager.

• Creates and maintains a good working relationship with all vendors and addresses their concerns as needed.

• Inventory management of paper and janitorial goods.

• Manage use of the commissary kitchen.

• Understands and enforces tenant license agreements and rules and regulations.
