Under New Ownership-Management

We are looking for multiple, driven, team oriented Fit Specialists capable of collaborating and cooperating with all departments in the dealership to help deliver excellent customer experiences.

Previous sales and/or customer service experience a must. Previous experience in a vehicle sales environment a plus. Comfort with in-person conversations, inbound/outbound call handling, and written communications via email and/or text required.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their command of these skillsets in an onsite interview:

• Verbal/written communications skills
• Objection handling
• Problem solving
• Demonstrate high performance in a same/similar industry and role

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and helping them navigate our in store experience
• Help customers find the bike of their dreams by having expert knowledge with the Harley-Davidson product line, the features and benefits of our technology, and why Harley-Davidson is the right choice VS our competitor's offerings.
• Capture customer contact info within our CRM with summary of bikes interested in
• Facilitate test rides by helping customer fill out test ride forms and organizing the bikes of interest to be readied to ride
• Provide handoff to next level sales management
• Guide customer through the dealership with department introductions
• Meet daily count of outbound prospecting calls

We are currently open Tuesday-Saturday. Weekend availability is required.

Our Service Shop is open from 8AM-5PM Tuesday thru Friday and 8AM-4PM on Saturdays.

Our Sales, Apparel/Licensing, and Parts/Accessories Showroom is open from 10AM-6PM Tuesday thru Friday and 10AM-5PM on Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
