POSITION OVERVIEW:

Financial Consultant (BASE+BONUS)

We are looking for sales representatives to join our growing team! As a sales representative, you will receive inbound phone calls from customers, educating and selling them our debt resolutions program. Candidates should be enthusiastic communicators, skilled in listening, investigating, and educating to determine the customer’s needs and consult them on the benefits of our program. This is a full-time, on-site position day shift only.

-POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

This role requires you to interact with customers each week across multiple states, sell our debt resolution program, and ensure a great customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive outlook to work each day.

Essential Duties

· Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous professional manner

· Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions

· Listen to customers, understand their needs and decide if they are a fit

· Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks

· Accurately document company software system

· Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures

· Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information

· Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up to date on changes to program knowledge and system

· Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

· Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

· The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot

· An aptitude problem-solving, and negotiation

· Must be customer service oriented (empathetic)

· Ability to multitask and self-manage

· Team orientation and customer focus

Preferred (Not Required)

· One (1) year of experience in customer service, inside sales, chat, contact center environment

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

· Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

Salary + Bonus

$20.00 an hour + $100-$200 enrollment bonus

Total compensation $70,000 - $100,000
