DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an FA US GAAP Senior Accountant for our global shared services team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain the US GAAP bookkeeping of Fixed Assets for several EPAM subsidiaries
- Investigate the correct accounting of irregular operations related to Fixed Assets
- Communicate with local accountants on bookkeeping issues and process improvement on regular conference calls
- Deal with audit requests and participate in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
- Participate in regular improvement process activities with IT development team
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Background in Accounting, Finance
- Minimum 3 years accounting working experience
- Showcase of fixed assets accounting, profound understanding of fixed asset life cycle
- Good MS office skills, especially Excel
- English level – B1, both written and spoken
NICE TO HAVE
- ACCA / DipIFR certification
- Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS concepts and track record in applying them to daily accounting activities
- Expertise in 1C, SAP, other ERP systems
