Visalia Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an experienced Harley-Davidson Technician. Applicants must have completed MMI (or equivalent) training, or have at least 4 years of experience working on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This is a full time position, with pay ranging from $35-$55 an hour based on experience. You must have a set of professional hand tools, and be willing to invest in additional tools as necessary (specialty tools are provided by the dealership). Applicants must be detail oriented, with a focus on doing work correctly, efficiently, with very low comeback numbers. This is NOT an entry level position, you should already be familiar with, and comfortable with all routine service procedures, as well as primary, transmission and engine repairs.

Experienced applicants must possess a willingness to listen and learn, and adapt to our way of doing things, while still using their previous experiences to help us grow (aka no one wants to hear “at my old job we did thisandthat” 10 times a day). We are certainly willing to listen to new ideas, and see problems through different points of view, but we aren’t looking to butt heads with someone who won’t adapt to what we like to see done.

All applicants must have a reasonable driving record (we understand everyone gets a speeding ticket once in awhile), a California driver’s license (or an outside state, but be able to apply for a CA license) with an M1 endorsement. We offer medical insurance, paid vacation time, and a fun, teamwork oriented place to work. Job is full time, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm.
