The Estimating Administrator provides support to the Estimating department to succeed submitting hard bids and design build proposals to the different agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Download new documents and addendums for bids and proposals.
- Maintain update the data base for subcontractors and vendors in SmartBidNet.
- Identify initial subcontractors and vendors needed in each particular project.
- Upload bid documents and send invitations to bid through SmartBidNet.
- Maintain constant communication with subcontractors and vendors to obtain their proposal on time and in the right format requested.
- Manage the forms and price proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
- Actively collaborate and manage the process to achieve minority goals set by agencies
Education / Certifications
- College Degree
Qualifications:
- Pro in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe.
