Job description

Calcutta Health Care Center is now hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor! This is a management position that includes housekeeping/Laundry duties as well.

Responsibilities Include:

· Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Housekeeping & Laundry Departments, its programs and activities.

· Maintain written housekeeping and Laundry policies and procedures.

Create monthly staff schedules

· Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each level of housekeeping and Laundry personnel in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, OSHA, and other pertinent laws and regulations.

Order and track departmental supplies while staying in budget

· Assist the housekeeping/Laundry staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.

· Review the department's policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc., at least annually for revisions, and make recommendations to the Administrator (e.g., ADA, ergonomics, air quality, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• East Liverpool, OH 43920: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Environmental Supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cleaning: 4 years (Required)
