Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator to join our growing team in St. Louis Missouri. As an Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting large scale commercial & industrial energy efficiency programs. The Project Coordinator must be able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to program changes or challenges. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs.
- Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners.
- Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions.
- Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure program participants, contractors, and team leadership have the information necessary to communicate project status and reprioritize as necessary.
- Be familiar with program guidelines and effectively communicate with contractors and participants to ensure projects meet program requirements.
- Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation, including baseline and efficient equipment specification sheets and calculations.
- Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules.

Requirements
- BA or BS degree is preferred, preferably in a field focused on energy, technology, policy, research, and/or sustainability. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the energy efficiency industry, construction management, or sustainability.
- An understanding of building energy systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS office suite
- Salesforce or other CRM platform experience preferred
