Employment and Labor New to Mid-Level Associate

Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP is seeking a motivated and experienced Employment & Labor Associate. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier Employment & Labor/Litigation practices on interesting and sophisticated matters from commencement to final resolution. The ideal candidate will be experienced with handling employment & labor matters, intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. The position will include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on case and workload demands.
Recommended credentials include the following:
- 1-3 years of employment & labor experience
- Demonstrated ability to assist, research, and understand employment & labor matters involving:
- Advice and counsel on basic employment concepts (including FMLA, wage & hour, and human resources best practices);
- Employment litigation (discrimination / harassment);
- Employment contract drafting and litigation;
- Restrictive covenant review and associated litigation;
- Traditional labor concepts (including arbitration and union avoidance).
- While a candidate may have limited experience in the above, the ideal candidate should exhibit a willingness to learn complex employment and labor concepts.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Commitment to team work and excellent client service
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
