Role: Ecommerce Expert for Luxury Jewelry Brand

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze website performance, implement improvements
• Develop strategies to increase sales on Shopify store
• Oversee online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing)
• Improve brand visibility through digital and social media content
• Manage product listings on ecommerce platforms
• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
• Create engaging website content (product descriptions, blog posts)

Basic Requirements:

• Native English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to put together well thought-out website content
• Experience in the jewelry industry (3-year minimum)
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Shopify platform
• Strong understanding of product photography, videography and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with business-related apps (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Understanding of web technologies, digital marketing, and ecommerce platforms
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with project management abilities
