Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to create an memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Each dishwasher’s primary objective is to ensure our guests have an clean, efficient and positive experience while visiting our restaurant.
Activities & Responsibilities

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Raghorn Grill & Tavern.
• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Clears, cleans and sanitizes guest tables in a timely manner to ensure open tables for new guests.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores tableware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Regularly checks water temperature and sanitizer chemical level to maintain compliance within limits for proper sanitization and food safety.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries as needed.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties as needed.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer feedback and/or suggestions for improvement as necessary.
• Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
• Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Other similar duties, as assigned.

Job Types: Part-time
Pay starting: 12.00 per hour
Other Pay & Benefits: Bonuses, Performance Incentives & Paid Time Off after 1 Year
Experience:
One to two years of experience as a dishwasher or busser (Preferred)
Current Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
