Job Qualification Statement
The successful Director of Table Games will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Table Games Management. The Director of Table Games will possess the following skills; attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and ability to work with competing priorities. The Director of Table Games will have proven skills in gaming analysis and games strategic planning to include product positioning.
Essential Job Functions

• Ensure the Table Games are in regulatory compliance with the state gaming authority, internal controls, operating procedures, and alcohol beverage control state regulations.
• Responsible for the overall effective and successful operations of the Table Games department.
• Responsible for making recommendations to the Vice President/GM for adjustments to the table games operations for final approval.
• Responsible for effectively leveraging table game revenue growth opportunities by evaluating current floor mix, pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
• Ensures procedures are developed and followed to safeguard assets through effective game protection measures.
• Monitors currency transactions and ensures the appropriate logs and reports pursuant to Title 31 are being accurately completed in a manner which best positions the property to be compliant.
• Is skilled at creating annual budgets and effectively monitoring and reporting performance to key leadership and staff as appropriate. Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proactively makes the necessary operational adjustments to maximize profits and meet or exceed planned performance.
• Organizes the table games operation for effective and efficient service as well as overall coordination and control.
• Maintains and reports on the security of transactions and the table games accountability in accordance with the Maine Gaming Commission and the Company requirements.
• Creates and initiates records, reports and other administrative documentation in a timely manner as required to meet expectations of the organization to include monthly performance analysis of tables actual drop, win and hold percentages versus forecast and budget.
• Maintains an awareness of external and internal conditions, trends and legal requirements which impact the Table Games Department.
• Is a role model and understands how it translates to the employee culture and to the guest experience.
• Develops and ensures compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures and Maine regulatory requirements.
• Assists in the development of promotional and marketing plans and ideas to enhance revenue opportunities and assists in investigation of new products with venders.
