The Director of Recruitment is a corporate-level leader who designs and implements solutions to attract and capture high quality candidates to fill key openings within our long-term health care and/or administration sites. As a leading member of our HR team, the Director of Recruitment will fulfill end-to-end/full cycle recruiting processes for key positions will including Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing and other Management positions while also helping to build regional recruitment strategies to establish candidate pipelines across a multi-state footprint. The Director of Recruitment leads a team of Recruitment Liaisons coordinating recruitment efforts on behalf of skilled nursing centers.
This is an office-based role.

Essential Functions of Director of Recruitment:

- Design and implement full cycle recruitment procedures; assists in developing employer brand.
- Create, post, edit, and maintain descriptive job openings on various job boards and media for 100+ positions across all regions; fulfill an ongoing requisition caseload of approximately 15-20 roles.
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and prepare candidates for various healthcare roles including but not limited to Administrator, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, LPN, RN, and other key Management positions; schedules interviews on behalf of hiring managers.
- Engage passive and active candidates through phone, online, job fair, or other networking channels; positively represent and promote the MGM Healthcare employment experience.
- Establish best practice recruitment protocols for all regions of the organization; provide advisement and training to team members regarding regional recruitment, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Review industry recruitment trends and applicable labor legislation; evaluate and amend internal processes to assure best results to attract, capture, and retain candidates.
- Maintain and document candidate communications; share feedback with hiring managers.
- Assure timely communication with and between all candidates and hiring managers to facilitate rapid recruitment cycles.
- Input and update information in HRIS, ATS, payroll and/or other electronic databases.
- Actively participate in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking opportunities and relationships with recruitment resources.
- Coordinate special hiring events including web-based or in-person job fairs as needed.
- Report on recruitment metrics including applicant numbers, sources, time to hire, retention/turnover rates, applicant quality, and candidate satisfaction.
- Monitor and share online feedback regarding MGM Healthcare employment with HR leadership; provide follow-responses as directed.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned; work with HR Team to assist with other day-to-day operational needs or special projects.
Qualifications of Director of Recruitment:
- A Bachelor’s degree in applicable field is preferred; a combination of training, education, and applicable experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years of prior or agency recruiting experience; recruitment experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Prior supervisory and/or team lead experience is a plus.
- Professional certification as aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or other HR and/or recruiting credential is desired.
- Prior experience utilizing technology-based sourcing and recruiting tools including applicant tracking system, web-based job platforms, sourcing engines, social/professional networking media, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to effectively deliver cost-effective and results-driven recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, maintain superior organization, and fulfill multiple hiring needs on a regular basis.
- Ability to serve as an effective, pro-active communicator with adept computer and other technology skills.
