Description

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Director of Publishing and Media! In this role, you’ll work with Pennsylvania Counseling Services as well as our faith-based publishing department, LiveUp Resources.

You would provide leadership to media department including oversight of media, editing, publishing coordination, assisting Live Up Studios productions as needed.

Job Duties would include:

  • Supporting the various departments of PCS to meet media needs including oversight of social media, print design, website management and design, of which some may be contracted
  • Scheduling technical oversight by media personnel which may include filming
  • May include working together with a 501C3 to support its success.

  • Comfortable and able to effectively lead despite not being able to do the tasks of supervisees
  • Determining effective ways to measure outcomes of a creative team and individuals within it
  • High attention to detail, efficiency and organization
  • A learning spirit
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide oversight to editing website content and sending email campaigns
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, WordPress and MailChimp preferred
  • A basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere is preferred, but we can train the right candidate
  • A strong understanding of maintaining brand standards across content and projects is needed
  • The pace of work can be fast at times, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up while also remaining organized and paying attention to the small details

Working hours are flexible, with occasional mandatory long days for video shoots (generally 10 hours/day for shoots).

This position is in person, remote work is not available. EOE
