The Associate Director - Product Management & Implementation will take a lead role in advancing products and programs focused on affordability, transformation, and clinical performance for clients nationwide. This individual will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, creating novel products and programs from the ground up, program/project management, process improvement identification and resolution, and account management.
Solid client management, project management, implementation, and highly detailed operational skills are key to this role as is a commitment to team-based problem solving. Demonstrated success building concepts/products from scratch, forging productive relationships, presenting to executive-level clients, obtaining customer buy in, and achieving on-time implementation for products and programs are required.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership for the development and successful execution of affordability, transformation, and clinical performance products and programs
- Lead and support product/programs demonstrating independence, business savvy, and appropriate subject matter expertise
- Identify new business opportunities and paths to building product/programs ready for implementation
- Actively contribute to developing overall business strategies including drafting roadmaps, ROI analyses, and plans to support future growth
- Advance portfolio initiatives to implementation by leveraging best-practices in project management and assuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-appropriate delivery
- Oversee steady-state operations to achieve performance goals and exceed client expectations
- Identify and resolve risks, barriers and process improvements to increase product/program efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify emerging needs and business challenges all while delivering the highest-quality customer experience
- Take a team approach to leading initiatives including facilitating communication among cross-functional staff to achieve goals and objectives
- Partner with analytics team to identify and assess feasibility of product and program opportunities
- Present and develop high-quality PowerPoint and other executive-level communications

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of (non-IT) end-to-end product/program management with proven implementation skills
- 7+ years of experience managing affordability, clinical transformation or clinical performance products and programs
- 3+ years designing and building new products/programs from scratch (conceptualization to implementation)
- 2+ years of Utilization Management and/or Payment Integrity experience
- Demonstrated account management, consulting and/or client management experience
- Advanced proficiency using Excel and designing PowerPoint presentations

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Business consulting skills and/or experience
- Product design and/or user experience background
