Director of Nursing
Job description
Must be Licensed RN in the State of Texas with Hospice RN and DON case management experience. A valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Must have a minimum 3 years of Hospice case management experience and at least 2 years of management experience. Must have thorough knowledge of Hospice EMR (BrightTree / Metrixcare experience is preferred).
DON will have the responsibility of all the day to day clinical operations. Provide skilled nursing care for assigned hospice patients. Reports to administrator. Most of our patients mostly in the Plano, Garland , Wylie, Richardson, Mesquite, and north east Dallas area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
