We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us promote our brands' offerings, and identify what investors want. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of versatile branding. They will have proven experience in leading a team of marketing coordinators and copywriters, with the ability to grow a successful marketing team!

$55 - $60 hourly

• Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, leadership, and creative and content teams to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our brands' offerings
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
• Forecast workloads based on projects and tasks created by the Integrator for each client/brand
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels utilizing temporary third-party labor sources to efficiently complete project tasks as assigned
• Develop and lead the current team to keep happy and engaged people, while honoring their need for growth
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining the OTS standard
• Provide training, support, mentoring, and guidance to marketing teams and third-party staffing resources
• Measure and report utilization rates, billing details, and payroll expenses to control inefficiencies and ensure profitability
• Facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings and reviews as required
• Act as a backup to the team by completing tasks during low staffing periods as required
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership and business decision purposes
• Perform any additional tasks as required by OTS and its clients

• Experience managing marketing coordinators and copywriters
• Proven ability to lead and coach remote teams
• Strong knowledge of marketing products and services across various platforms
• Experience using analytics, keywords, and SEO optimization with proven results
• Ability to create/edit websites using WordPress and other web platforms
• Understanding of photo and video editing/production
• Website coding experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
