JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing, Americas will develop and execute the Aparavi Platform marketing approach and strategies that support the company's purpose and vision, long-term growth and position as a data management leader. This role will develop compelling enterprise and integrated marketing strategies to boost reputation and drive awareness, consideration, and success across key stakeholder groups. This individual will lead channel marketing functions across key areas of responsibility including brand strategy, activation, content marketing strategy, execution, analytics/market insights and digital marketing. This leader will maintain awareness of the changing market and competitive landscape to drive marketing plans that support the company's long-term objectives and enhance the company's position with investors, employees, channel sales partners, technology partners and customers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner closely with the executive leadership team and leaders of other functions to ensure enterprise marketing strategies and plans are well aligned with Aparavi's business unit strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive and integrated marketing strategies that enhance Aparavi brand awareness, familiarity, and consideration, accelerate the organization's strategic pillars/objectives and optimize the value of the Aparavi Platform
  • Serve as primary owner of the Aparavi brand strategy, architecture, visual identity, and related assets/activation plans, including governance of appropriate integration and connection with strategic brands.
  • Bring Aparavi's employer brand strategy to life with prospective employees in key markets/demographics and with current leaders and employees to support recruiting and retention.
  • Create and deploy an integrated enterprise/business content marketing strategy that supports Aparavi's brand and positioning on strategic enterprise-wide pillars.
  • Create data-driven digital marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the company's digital presence and raise visibility/drive demand with key investor, employee and customer audiences.
  • Partner with strategic business units to minimize market overlap/confusion and maximize results. Serve as primary owner for and continue to optimize company websites, blog, social media and other digital properties.
  • Identify and manage select strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events and advertising opportunities that enable activation of marketing strategy. Oversee corporate and visual identity in key forums, events, channels.
  • Proven success driving channel marketing initiatives, including but not limited to go-to-market strategies through distribution and alliances.
  • Partner with strategic business units to ensure collective success in marketing programs, develop/mobilize talent, drive productivity and simplicity in marketing technology/agency resources, and share data and best practice.
  • Develop plan and oversee ongoing market research, data and insights to drive strategic decisions on marketing plans and investments, leverage insights across corporate and business unit teams.
  • Develop KPIs/OKR's to measure, learn and report on success; create dashboards or other tools to create awareness with leadership of marketing programs, investment and value/results.
  • Advise and provide strategic counsel on marketing and growth strategies in priority segments and markets in partnership with the businesses and corporate strategy team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years directly related ISV marketing experience; focused on product categories, customer segments, and SaaS.
  • 1-3 years' experience working within the Data Intelligence & Automation marketplace
  • 3+ years working within account-based marketing programs.
  • 3+ years' experience of working with the Channel and/or Aggregation
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred with concentration in business, marketing or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
