Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 80 years in the industry, is currently hiring for a Business Development Director. Duties include to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional personal customer service to all existing and potential customers. Supervises the sales group. Great leadership skills and good moral to motivate other staff. Must be a self-starter and create strong ethics. Will always require extensive traveling. Will report all information to upper management. Strong knowledge in logistics operations in the following states Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana. Experience in Lube, Fuel and Chemical related to sales as well in Equipment Sales, Tanks and Pumps. Maintaining existing Customer Base, developing New Business, assisting Sales Managers with Sales Process Board and Customer Relations Module (CRM) sales pipeline. Develop a commission program for all sales team. Will deal with all bid's municipal, governmental and all master service agreements. Knowledge of Fleet Fueling Services. Must have experience in Oil and Gas. On call 24/7. Department Budget and Goals Interviews, recommends for hire, and oversight of the training and productivity. Hold regularly scheduled prospect meetings. Resolves customer complaints. Understands the DM2 operating system (software). Maximizing all information contained within the Data Warehouse system. Knowledge of and ability to communicate and sell the Value Proposition, consisting of all value-added services, including Fuels, Lubricants and Chemicals, etc. Works with the Customer Service Manager to ensure that all practices of the Customer Service department are properly serving the customers. Helps establish selling prices, price increases, incentive programs, creative marketing strategies. Vendor Relations. Process loaned equipment request submittals by sales managers.
