About Us:
Role Description:
- We’re looking for an ultra-organized, technically savvy Project Manager to join our Program Management team to lead and manage web design & development projects for our portfolio of world-class clients, as well as internal organizational effectiveness initiatives for our US and European-based teams.
- This role requires both Client-facing and internal situational leadership and cross-functional management. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative to lead laterally and upwards across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- The AZDS Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for Clients as well as internal teams to ensure project success by managing timelines, scoping, setting expectations, and ensuring excellence in execution.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple Client projects simultaneously, with each typically lasting approximately 6-12 months, across multiple phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in organization, prioritization and agility.
- Additionally, the Project Manager will spearhead multiple internal initiatives to streamline processes and efficiencies by identifying, designing, documenting and implementing new processes, as well as securing stakeholder buy-in and leading change management.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Clients’ digital design and development projects throughout multiple phases, including new project scoping, progress reporting, project plan creation, administrative updates, scope management, and Client communication.
- Manage multiple internal teams to deliver projects on-time, on budget, including Web Design, Technical Development, Q/A, Client Services, Analytics/BI, and Product departments.
- Lead regular communication with Clients as a helpful, clear, honest, and accurate point person for their project.
- Analyze internal operations to identify areas for efficiencies, and lead process improvements, SOP creation, and procedural documentation.

- Curiosity: tech-savvy, with the ability to seek out and learn new technical, UI/UX, analytics, and digital marketing & platform concepts and innovations quickly.
- Initiative: exhibits ability to ask for alignment vs. wait for direction.
- Team Player: exhibits a positive, optimistic, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, with the ability to not only jump in and assist wherever needed.
- Effective Storytelling: can synthesize multiple data points and/or moving pieces down to key insights and drivers to enable actionable decisions, via excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Agility: thrives in a fast-paced environment, with multiple moving pieces, and can identify and lead tactics to make progress through ambiguity.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven digital/technical acumen, with prior experience in a digital or technology industry.
- Experience with Project Management best practices and tools.
- Some experience or familiarity with digital marketing and/or web design.
- Experience and/or certifications relating to both Agile and Waterfall project management a plus.
- Experience or personal passion for the luxury, travel and/or hospitality industries a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary range: $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
