The* Digital Merchandising Manager *will be responsible for the functions outlined below
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures
- Partner with Data Science and Business Intelligence team to maintain the digital commerce product attribute matrix and specification data
- Partner with Digital Commerce and Marketing teams to create and maintain a product asset library including; descriptions, photography and video
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of product detail pages and the curation of category listing pages
- Work with Marketing Automation Manager to plan and deploy targeted merchandising initiatives including dynamic upselling, cross selling and bundling
- Participate in the strategy and development of product landing pages
- Work with digital commerce team to develop annual product promotional campaign roadmap and quarterly promotional campaign strategies
- Act as the primary point of communication between digital commerce and the business pertaining to new product launches
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to forecast inventory demand and schedule production accordingly
- Participates in the company’s efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
- Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment.
- Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.

Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- DTC Ecommerce experience required
- Optimizely experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user
- SQL experience preferred
- Possess critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Should enjoy solving complex technical problems and are able to work independently
- Highly effective communication skills
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to write technical documentation & interpret business requirements
- Real-time problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and work with our Permission to Play Values.

Physical Requirements:*
- Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the work day.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
