As a Digital Customer Success Manager - West, you will be responsible for driving growth of digital solutions within your geographic region by meeting with, demonstrating, and educating PPG’s customers on our growing digital solutions. You will work closely with field sales and corporate teams to drive adoption and usage of PPG’s ecommerce platforms. You will become an expert on the technology platform and an advocate of customer needs. This is not a sales position however but does require excellent customer service skills.

You will report to the Lead Customer Success Manager. PPG offers excellent benefits, matching 401k + employer provided retirement savings, and PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with field sales and corporate teams to drive digital sales growth in your assigned region through a customer-focused approach.
  • Provide demos of digital solutions to customers, and assist with registration, set-up, and ease-of-use processes.
  • Act as a local point of contact for internal and external customers regarding digital solutions, offering support and answering questions.
  • Monitor and optimize platform KPIs through data analysis tasks, and report results to internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize customer, market, and competition insights to improve the platform and create new opportunities focused on customer value in collaboration with corporate teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve app features and functionality through user acceptance testing.
  • Collect and provide feedback from both internal and external customers.

Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with customers.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in business, marketing or similar; OR equivalent combination of skills, experience, achievements, training, and education.
  • 3+ years of digital business experience, particularly in the B2B space or a customer-led sales position.
  • Ability to promote digital solutions such as mobile apps and web portals that drive business results and customer value.
  • Strong communicator that enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and teaching others.
  • Willingness to change direction and the initiative to support the dynamic nature of digital Commerce.
  • Multilingual English-Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Regular travel within designated area, occasional travel outside of region.
