Garden Spot Dental Care is seeking a motivated and team-oriented dental Front Desk Team Member to help us provide world class service to our patients. Our office is all about patient care, teamwork and having fun.

Previous Dental Experience and Dentrix Experience is a PLUS; however we are willing to train New Dental Assisting Grads

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Front Desk Team Member, you will help support the needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. You will have the support and training you need to maximize your career potential and help make a difference in your community one smile at a time.

Primary duties

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling patients
• Answering phones and contacting patients as needed
• Insurance verification
• Data Entry
• Check out of patients and billing
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction
