Requirements

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring our farm products are delivered to our customers. This position is manual labor and will require the driver to unload the truck. The Delivery Driver will report to the managing partner and may be assigned other responsibilities based on location, attendance, staffing, and scheduling.

Key Results Area

• Must have a drivers license (CDL not required)
• Must have a good driving history
• Ensure product arrives safely to customers
• Provide excellent customer service to our “high-dollar” wholesale customer
• Be willing to solve problems with orders and quality face-to-face with the customers on-the-spot
• Handle special requests from customers
• Apply payments and correct billing issues in Counterpoint
• Must be able to recognize potential hazards and respond to ensure safety of guests and coworkers.
• Must be able to work long hours to complete required tasks.
• Must be able to perform jobs outside in the heat and cold.
• Must be physically able to work including lifting and carrying at least 42 pounds and carry up to 250 feet.
• Must be able to enter and exit farm machinery safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
