Production - Details:

• Shift: 5 AM – 5 PM
• Days: 3-4 shifts per week, every other weekend
• Wage: $16 - 24 per hour – based on experience
• Location: Westby, WI

General Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and sanitize the bulk packaging machines.
• Set date codes.
• Understand the packaging process, including matching lids and cups, shrink tunnel, keeping automatic feeders full, and correct bulk packaging.
• Assists the warehouse with the pulling and staging of packaging materials for the daily run.
• Follow production schedule
• Measure the product and determine when ready to be packaged.
• Monitor the quality of products going into cups or bulk packaging.
• Monitor weights and keep records of all checks.
• Monitor individual and bulk seals.
• Thoroughly clean equipment after use.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• No experience necessary – on-the-job training provided!
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in an environment with frequent exposure to the elements, such as cold temperatures, loud noises, dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals, etc.
