Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Trainer, with responsibilities as support for Call Traffic, Forecasting/Scheduling, and Reporting. The position is responsible for all the brands supported through the White Bear Lake lines of business. This role will work closely with the support team and leadership to help establish a first-class remote training program. This role will be responsible for the successful development for our call consultants and be a mentor and coach for positive engagements and service development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with supervisor to schedule training programs
- Ensures all new agents are set up in systems to be able to start training with all programs functional
- Ensures that all trainees complete all facets of training and meet the expectations for extraordinary service
- Back up for Call Center Traffic (CMS and Avaya Systems)
- Back up for the support lines
- Back up for call center reporting
- Back up for Forecasting and Scheduling via Monet system
- Call quality monitoring- coaching to enhance service, encourage positive engagement and upselling
You Must Have:
- Multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge using a PC
- Verbal and written communications
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Must be detail-oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Must work well independently and on a team
- High School Diploma
We Would Also Prefer:
- Autonomous worker –self starter
- Ability to prioritize a large amount of work
- Strong attention to detail
