Job description
Sports & Nutrition Distributor company seeking a candidate to fill a customer service representative position and assist the Sales Representative with vendor & customer needs.

The candidate must be:
- Seeking a Full-Time Position (Mon-Fri; 9:00AM-5:30PM)
- Seeking a Long-Term Position
- Open to learning, able to take direction, multi-task, be a self-starter and team player, organized, motivated, responsible, communicative skills, and great personality.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) ***MANDATORY***
- Knowledgeable in Quick Books Intuit Enterprise, Outlook, Adobe and Acrobat, Microsoft ***EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT MANDATORY***
Duties:
- Order Entry: Process customer orders and vendors orders
- Follow-up on orders status, payments, and shipments
- Contact customers and vendors via e-mail and phone
- Preparing import and export documentation
- Clerical Duties (Filing, E-mailing, Answering Phones, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
