What you get to do every single day

• Enter and maintain customer Purchase Orders with Order Entry
• Enter Samples and Quotations and Literature Requests
• Process Return Authorizations
• Update POs with Order Confirmations / acknowledgements
• Handle incoming telephone calls
• Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
• Vendors experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Shipping experience highly desired
• Deep understanding of Purchase Orders
• Comprehensive knowledge of order entry
• Proven knowledge of Shipping documentation
• 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
• Strong customer service and office administrative skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
• Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
